  • We believe that the business environment will become even more competitive due to globalization and economic slow down. We also believe that European and Asian business will continue to gain ground in world business markets.
  • We believe that the business environment will become even more complicated due to ever increasing governmental regulation. This will be particularly noticeable in import/export, international banking, and investment banking fields. The cost and performance of insurance will also suffer dramatic changes in the coming years. There will also be an increasing burden placed upon business as governments expand environmental regulation and we expect to see more international convention relating to environmental regulation with resulting increase in enforcement. We believe that taxes will be increased dramatically in the next few years due, in part, to increased military spending and law enforcement budget increases.
  • We believe that oil and clean water supplies will continue to decline and consumer prices will climb. This will spread to other industries and effect pricing accordingly.
  • We believe that technology will continue to develop at a rapid pace, but that implementation of the technology will be slower due to budget constraints. The cost of traditional labor will continue to increase as governments force more contributions from employers and health care costs/insurance remain uncontrolled.
  • The cost of borrowing capital will increase as global interest rates rise and increased costs of government compliance are passed on by lenders.
  • We are constantly reviewing our assumptions and finding practical solutions to help our clients through the difficult times.

Dr. PUL

Chairperson of ARMOISE, is a Doctorate in Management from Anna University having researched through Women Entrepreneurial Skills, has to her credentials Post-graduation and M.Phil in Social Work. She was awarded fellowship by the Entrepreneurial Development Institute (EDI) Ahmedabad, and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, for her doctoral research. She had served as Teaching Faculty in Indore School of Social work and as Professor in Mohammed Sathak Arts & Science College, Chennai, in the Department of Social Work & Management. Her passion for Women up gradation and livelihood skills development had made her to put theory on to practice in Community Development. Dr. PUL is an ardent admirer for bringing up the economically and socially underprivileged to heights, which are above all classes, segments, divisions and statures.

Prof. KUC

Director and Principal Consultant of ARMOISE and Enthuser - Organizational Behavior & Development was Formerly Head HR - Audco (L&T), Group Personnel Head - India Pistons. KUC had served many organizations including English Electric, Indian Railways & Hindustan motors. A Mechanical Engineer with MS from BITS Pilani, Post Graduation in Personal Management from MSSW and Specialization in Psychology & Cybernetics from Mewes University Frankfurt. Specializes in Organization effectiveness and People Development. KUC (a techno-commercial-HR professional) has over 18 years of experience in the field of People Processes in Business. He has facilitated Organizational change in various organization including the L&T, Dr. Reddy's, Godrej, Indo National, IOCL, Khivaraj, Pepsi and Nelcast etc. , KUC has to his credit 8 researched publications in the field of HRM published in Current Labour Reports (CLR), Human Capital & Indian Journal for Training and Development (ISTD). Though on Training & Development the list is quite exhaustive, the proven grounds include . . .Airport Authority of India, Madras School of Social Work, HSI Automotives, POS Hyundai, and Southern Railways, Reserve Bank of India & K J Hospitals etc., KUC is also currently the lead professor of HRM in Madras School Social Work, where he nurtures the employed HR Professional in the Indian Industry. Mr.K.Mohan

Mohan is currently serving as Head HR in GIMPEX.He has over two decades with the Reserve Bank of India has given him an insight into the overall man management techniques. Exposure to multi national corporates has reinforced his insight into management and business requirements worldwide. Mohan has a passion for training. Having worked in the training cell of the Reserve Bank for a substantial period and in a MNC training division, he has mastered the art of quick learning and designing appropriate pedagogical methods to convey content, be it related to any subject where life exists. Further, over the last 2 years Mohan has also been actively involved in soft skills training, to empower technical and functional personnel to handle the nuances of English language business conversation with clients, business partners and the company's overseas associates/offices. Mohan has gained valuable experience in conducting product and business training in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Switzerland to the staff, business partners and clients of premier banking software solution that has been on the top of the IBS survey for the last three years. Mohan has wide exposure to Human Resources management having worked in the administration division of the Reserve Bank at Calcutta and Chennai. The experience in Calcutta in particular is worth mentioning, as HR specialists need consummate skills to manage human resources in that region in India. Dr.K.V. Raghavan

Doctor Raghavan is a doctorate from IIT (Madras) specialized in Chemical Engineering. He has to his credit Master Degree in Environmental Sciences, Masters in Environmental Chemistry and M.Phil in Environmental Engineering. He has widely published his research work in Indian as well as Foreign Journals of very high repute.
